   COMPANY POLICY

  1. We are a cashless bakery. We accept debit and major credit cards for retail purchases.

  2. Custom Cake and Luxury Premade Cake orders may be paid only by Apple Pay and CashApp by phone. We accept credit card payments in-store. 

  3. A 50% deposit must be paid for custom cake orders at the time of order. We only accept orders once a deposit is paid. The balance must be paid before pick up. We deliver within a 20-mile radius or if the drive time is 1 hour or less. A delivery fee will be charged and must be paid before delivery. You must select the delivery option when placing your order. We may be unable to accommodate last-minute delivery requests.

  4. Deposits are non-refundable.

  5. It is best for you to pick up your cake; however, we understand it may not always be possible. Therefore, you may have a proxy pick up your cake. Please note that the person you designate to pick up your cake is fully responsible for ensuring that your cake arrives at your venue in the same condition as during pick-up.

  6. A Luxury Premade Cake (LPC) must be paid in full at the time of order. 

  7. Luxury Premade Cakes must be placed 1-7 days before pick-up. Customers may walk in and purchase a cake from our in-stock selection or order an LPC the same day. However, based on the traffic, in-stock LPCs may be sold out to latecomers, and same-day LPC orders may be denied to latecomers. In-stock LPCs are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage customers to order within the 7-day window or arrive early for same-day pickup.

  8. Some of our products include nuts, coconut, chocolate, and other ingredients that may cause an allergic reaction. Please inquire about our products before ordering to avoid a life-threatening emergency if you have a known allergy. 

  9. We strive to offer you the best service possible; if there is an issue with your Custom Cake, Luxury Premade Cake, or other retail purchase due to an error on our part, we will make it right. You may email us via the Contact Us page or 678-694-1265 within 24 hours of your pick-up/purchase. Be prepared to send us a photo or video of the product.

  10. We encourage all customers to follow the cake care instructions given to them by our staff to ensure the cake arrives at its destination intact and as beautiful as at pick-up. The customer is responsible for ensuring proper cake care (see cake care instructions tab). Delectable Delights by Andie will not be responsible for damage once the product leaves our facility.

  11. Customers may request family, friends, or Uber Package to pick up their Custom Cakes, Luxury Premade Cakes, or other retail items. However, Delectable Delights by Andie will not be responsible for damage once the product leaves our facility. 

  12. Customers must cancel their order a minimum of 24 hours before pickup to be eligible for a full refund. This applies to Luxury Premade Cakes and non-custom cupcakes only. Not applicable for orders placed the day before pickup or same day pickup. 

  13. Custom Cake orders may be placed through our custom cake line or in store only. Currently, we do not accept orders or payments for our Custom Cakes through our website. 

  14. Luxury Premade Cake orders may be placed through our retail line or in store only. Currently, we do not accept orders or payments for our Luxury Premade Cakes through our website.
